The 3rd Edition of the Polish Soldering Championship, organized by RENEX in Włocławek in Browar B, has just finished. This year, on the day when the representatives of the companies competed, a situation occurred in which two of the top players scored the same number of points. In order to decide who will take the second and third place, the referees took into account the time in which each competitor finished soldering components onto the board.
Michał Czerwiec from Bornico company, will go on to compete for the title of European Champion during the Championships which will take place at Productronica 2019. Full costs of travel, accommodation and appropriate training before the very start of the European Championships will be covered by the sponsor and organizer of the Polish Championships – RENEX company. It is worth recalling that it was not the first time Michał Czerwiec participated in the Polish Championships. In the first edition, which took place in 2016, Michał took the third place. In the II Edition, organized in 2017, he won the second place, then giving way to Grzegorz Szymańczuk, the current European Champion. In this year’s Edition, the new Polish Champion scored a total of 901 points, leaving his rivals far behind.

The Polish Soldering Championships were held in parallel with the conference „Future of the Electronics Manufacturers Industry“, whose strategic organizer is RENEX.
The conference organized as part of the REC (‘Renex Electronics Conferences’) patronage program included 2 days of meetings and presentations dedicated to two key topics:’ EU space market prospects for electronic system manufacturers’ and ‘New production automation technologies, in particular innovative solutions in the field of robotics „.
Honorary patronage over both events was taken by President of Włocławek – Mr. Marek Wojtkowski.
