Heller Industries is the global leader in producing convection reflow soldering systems. The company pioneered the technology in the 1980s, and has been refining it ever since. A significant milestone was their invention of the first filterless flux separation system, for which Heller won the prestigious Vision Award for Innovation in Soldering.
This invention extended product maintenance intervals from weeks to months, and led the way to products with the lowest costs of ownership in the industry.
Heller Industries is renowned for producing an exceptionally wide range of highly specialized soldering systems. One notable model is the SMT Convection Reflow Oven – Mark 5 series. The ovens can work with no lead, and, due to Heller’s new heating and cooling advances, deliver up to a 40% reduction in nitrogen and electricity consumption.
The company also produces and offers dual chamber ovens. The flagship product is the 1910 MK5 – 4 Lane Dual Chamber SMT Reflow Oven.
Abifurcated (dual) chamber allows two different thermal profiles to run simultaneously in the same reflow oven footprint.
This unique design allows for servicing on one chamber, while the other is in production. Thanks to unique arrangement of the heater modules, the system guarantees temperature uniformity across the process width.
