RENEX Group has announced the initiation of the third edition of a project to provide a free consulting service on the preparation of the solder paste printing process.
The service, which has enjoyed great popularity among customers in previous years, was made available by the RENEX Group for the first time in July 2020. The project is distinguished in the market by the fact that it is fully free of charge and carried out in the production spaces of the interested company.
Founded in 1934 in the United States, INDIUM Corporation is one of the largest global manufacturers of solder binders, and its high-quality products have been recognized by electronics professionals around the world for years. To increase the availability of its products in Poland, the company entered into a partnership with RENEX Group in July 2020. All service activities are based on equipment, tools and products of global brands, in particular INDIUM solder pastes and SEC X-ray inspection equipment.
“Consulting activities have been a key element of our company’s operations from the very beginning. We believe that by sharing our knowledge and experience we support the development of the electronics manufacturing market in Poland. To this end, we created the RENEX TECHONOLOGICAL AND TRAINING CENTER, which implements this and corresponding initiatives. The great interest in the solder paste printing preparation service we offered prompted us to continue it this year. (…) We recognize the importance of proper process refinement for production efficiency. We believe that by supporting individual companies – small and large – we are helping to support the development of the electronics industry. We encourage everyone to make use of the offer – and in a simple, free way to increase the profitability of their production“, commented Marzena Szczotkowska-Topić and Predrag Topić – owners of RENEX Group.
The free service includes full preparation of the entire solder paste printing process. The application engineer performing the service, helps to properly profile the soldering oven for a given type of paste and presents the most relevant parameters in the printing process and printer settings. The innovative service also includes a free and detailed analysis in terms of X-ray inspection on SEC’s global brand equipment.
The free service is complemented by a detailed X-ray inspection report of the tests performed and a graphical report on the performance of solder profiles. In addition, materials, i.e. pastes, are provided, allowing for further refinement of the process in-house.
