RENEX Group has announced the continuation of its highly popular free consulting service for customer support and detailed data analysis in the solder paste printing process.
The service, made available by the RENEX Group for the first time in July 2020, stands out in the market as it is completely free of charge and is carried out on-site in the production premises of the company concerned.
All activities included in the service are based on equipment, tools and products from global brands, in particular INDIUM solder pastes.
Founded in 1934 in the United States, INDIUM Corporation is one of the largest global manufacturers of solder pastes, and its high-quality products have been recognized for years by electronics professionals around the world. To increase the availability of its products in Poland, in July last year the company established a partnership with RENEX Group.
Great interest in this and other consulting services provided by our specialists – as we can see, to a large extent caused by difficulties on the electronics production market – made us continue the service. We are convinced that by sharing our knowledge and experience with the use of specialist equipment from the RENEX TECHNOLOGY AND TRAINING CENTRE, including X-ray systems, we will be able to help many companies to increase production profitability in these difficult times. The free service includes full preparation of the entire process of printing of solder paste. Application engineer executing the service, helps to properly profile the soldering oven for a given type of paste and presents the most important parameters in the printing process and printer settings. The innovative service also includes a free X-ray inspection and detailed analysis on the equipment of one of the world’s leading brands – SEC.
The free service is complemented by a detailed X-ray inspection report of the tests performed and a graphical report of the soldering profiles. In addition, interested parties are provided with materials, including pastes, allowing further improvement of the process on their own.
This service is a part of a wide offer of training and consulting services in the field of production process automation provided by the RENEX Group within the RENEX TECHNOLOGY AND TRAINING CENTER.
The Centre also provides training in programming and operation of both SMT devices and industrial robots.
