RENEX Group announces its participation in the Productronica trade fair in Munich from 16 to 19 November and invites visitors to its stand – number 249, hall A4.
RENEX Group will present its REECO brand at the upcoming Productronica trade fair in Munich. At the stand, visitors will be able to get acquainted with REECO’s four main groups of specialized products: robots, furniture, clothing and equipment.
First of all, the possibilities of REECO Robots will be presented – a series of ready-to-use devices that can be implemented in running production lines without the need of a complicated process of designing technological solutions and integration. Depending on the model, the devices can perform activities such as screw assembling, dispensing, coating, soldering, or labelling.
A presentation using three models is planned for this year’s Productronica trade fair: REECO Soldering Robot, REECO Dispensing Robot and REECO Coating Robot, for the latter of which this will be the European premiere. This section will illustrate the capabilities of these devices in various applications using their electronic package production as an example. Its key element will be the presentation of the capabilities of the Soldering Robot in terms of automation of the process of the PCB PCB through-hole soldering. Moreover, the operation and wide range of applications of the Dispensing Robot based on a volumetric pump will be presented. This device allows the application of substances with high viscosity, such as adhesives or silicones. The presentation will be complemented by the Coating Robot – one of its functions is to apply conformal coatings, which are more and more widely used to protect electronics against external conditions. .
The presentation will also be extended with elements from REECO’s range of equipment – linear conveyors. Devices of this type allow to extend production lines based on REECO Robots and units of other manufacturers.
The visitors of the Fair will also have the opportunity to get acquainted with REECO’s range of Antistatic Furniture. This line of specialized industrial furniture was developed for the electronics production and repair industry, although nowadays, due to its quality, it is becoming more and more popular among customers from other industries. The products of this line are based on steel construction covered with coatings with antistatic properties, which makes them suitable for use in so called EPA zones, where advanced electronics are produced and repaired. At the Fair, the modularity and compatibility of REECO Furniture will be demonstrated – features that allow for the creation of ergonomic workspaces that reduce the risk of occupational illnesses and increase process efficiency. Moreover, thanks to these features and the consistent quality and accessibility of the offer maintained over the years, users have the possibility of smoothly expanding and modifying their work spaces. RENEX Group booth will feature, among others, one of the flagship elements of this series, the Premium Electric Antistatic Table with electrically adjustable table top height.
