Gdańsk-based company MIKRO-AUTOMATYKA is celebrating its 21st anniversary by launching its third production line in collaboration with RENEX Group.
Operating out of Gdańsk, MIKRO-AUTOMATYKA consistently invests in modern technological solutions. The collaboration with RENEX Group enables continuous and regular increases in capacity and optimization of production processes. Over the past eight years, this partnership has led to the purchase of numerous YAMAHA devices and a new generation Heller 1707 reflow oven. To mark its 21st anniversary, the company has decided to install a third production line.
Components of the New Production Line Initially, the third production line will include:
- YAMAHA YSM 10 – The fastest machine in its class with an optimal efficiency of 31,000 components per hour (CPH) while maintaining a precision of ±0.025mm..
- YAMAHA YCP10 solder paste printer, This printer stands out with its automatic adjustment of speed and squeegee angle (adjustable within 1 degree between 45 and 65°).
Additionally, another YAMAHA AOI YSI-V 3D automatic optical inspection system has been purchased. This device is designed for automatic quality control and defect detection in electronic and mechanical products. The Yamaha AOI YSI-V 3D uses 3D scanning and artificial intelligence for precise and rapid inspection, ensuring high quality and reliability of control. The device is easy to operate and can be adapted to various production needs.
Company Evolution and Specialization MIKRO-AUTOMATYKA’s development began with design and construction activities, followed by a “garage company” EMS phase, ultimately culminating in the establishment of a nearly 1000m2 building dedicated to SMT assembly in the Maszynowa Industrial Park in Gdańsk. The current MIKRO-AUTOMATYKA represents 21 years of experience and strong collaboration with clients primarily from Poland and Europe, and above all, 21 years of continuous learning of the latest technologies, building a fantastic, competent, and responsible team of professionals, while maintaining a nearly family-like company atmosphere.
MIKRO-AUTOMATYKA specializes in high-precision production of electronics. The company provides a wide range of services including SMT and THT assembly, as well as logistical and design support, earning significant trust among its clients. It is noteworthy that investments in the optimization of production processes are crucial for the company’s success and growth. The collaboration with RENEX Group provides access to the latest devices and solutions, which is essential in today’s dynamically developing industrial automation sector.
RENEX Group specializes in providing comprehensive support in the production of electronics. This includes extensive technical and commercial advisory services, training, and servicing. To fulfill this mission, the Group has developed the RENEX TECHNOLOGY AND TRAINING CENTER, where partners and clients can, with the help of RENEX experts and using the available complete production lines and DEMO ROOM, select solutions, devices, and technologies appropriate for their needs. Importantly, the knowledge and experience of specialists cover not only SMT production but also other areas of RENEX activities such as cleanroom zones, antistatic protection, industrial robots, and vision systems. In addition to advisory support, the Group also specializes in the training sector.
For over 20 years, it has included the largest IPC Training Center in Central and Eastern Europe, offering training in IPC standards and ESD protection. Furthermore, RENEX Group provides individually tailored training on the proper operation and programming of production devices and industrial robots. By investing in the latest technologies and expanding their capabilities, MIKRO-AUTOMATYKA and RENEX Group continue to set new standards in the field of industrial automation and electronics production.
