RENEX Group announced that it will hold a webinar on programming and operation of YAMAHA SCARA robots on August 25, 2022.
The training will cover issues of theory and practice related to the use of YAMAHA SCARA-type industrial robots in the course of manufacturing operations. Special attention will be given to the subject of programming, including basing the device’s axes and creating its movement points. YAMAHA SCARA (Selective Compliance Assembly Robot Arm) are widely used industrial robots. They allow very fast, repeatable and precise movement in the horizontal plane. Their construction is based on a two-member arm, whose movement is enabled by rotary joints with a vertical axis of rotation, and a head equipped with a prismatic joint that allows movement in the vertical plane (4 axes of rotation). They are used in industry to automate and increase the efficiency of Pick&Place processes and small assembly processes such as twisting, batching or transferring parts between processes. Recently, applications in which they perform functional tests – such as button actuation – have also become popular.
The webinar is part of the comprehensive support mission carried out by RENEX Group. In particular, it is about sharing the knowledge and experience necessary to take full advantage of the capabilities of industrial equipment and robots provided by all RENEX Group entities. The training is free of charge, will last about one hour and is scheduled for August 25, 2022 at 12:00 pm.
