RENEX Group, one of Poland’s largest electronics companies, is celebrating its 33rd anniversary this year.
The company has developed from a distribution business established in 1989 into a thriving Group with a number of companies and brands in Poland and Europe, thanks to gradual partnerships with increasingly large international entities and its own training and production activities.
About twenty-five years ago, the company’s original scope of business was expanded into the training sphere. At that time, the company entered into an agreement with an American IPC association becoming an Authorized Training Center of this organization in Central and Eastern Europe.
About twenty years ago, another significant shift in the company’s business model took place by expanding into the manufacturing sphere. At that time, the REECO brand was established, under which furniture, including industrial tables, specialized clothing, production equipment and robots are produced to this day.
About fifteen years ago, the company expanded into the area of designing, manufacturing and servicing CLEANROOM clean zones and associated equipment.
About eight years ago, the company became the exclusive distributor of YAMAHA equipment (automatic machines) for electronics manufacturing, and about four years ago it became the exclusive distributor of industrial YAMAHA Robots.
Three years ago, the company partnered with South Korea’s SEC to expand its existing business in the sphere of universal X-ray inspection equipment under the RENEX X-Ray brand.
RENEX Group currently employs around 150 people, has a number of specialized brands – including REECO, CLEANROOM RENEX EEC, RENEX LINE, RENEX ROBOTICS, RENEX X-Ray and PORTOFINO, and operates in Poland and Central and Eastern European countries, with branches in Serbia, Germany, Romania and Croatia. The group supplies a comprehensive range of equipment for the electronics industry – including soldering stations of brands such as PACE and JBC, consumables, specialized clothing, industrial furniture, large production YAMAHA equipment and HELLER reflow ovens. RENEX Group is currently placing special emphasis on extensive consulting and research and development activities. To this end, it has created the RENEX TECHNOLOGY AND TRAINING CENTER, where state-of-the-art solutions and technologies in electronics and robotics are developed. The center also serves as a specialized consulting and training entity offering the implementation of prototypes and test batches of electronic devices, courses in the standards used in the electronics industry, anti-static protection and customized training in the implementation of SMT production and robotics and automation.
