The company’s portfolio for the electronics manufacturing industry includes a broad spectrum of binder alloys made from high-quality primary materials. Products are available in the form of balls, bars and preforms, among others.
In addition, CRM SYNERGIES offers a wide range of solder wires with different types of flux cores, suitable for most manual and robotic welding applications in various market areas: electronics, electrical, automotive. Importantly, these products can also be developed and manufactured to individual requirements.
Above and beyond the range of filler materials, the company also supplies liquid fluxes. Their wide range has been developed to ensure excellent wettability and therefore high reliability. Importantly, the products comply with the environmental requirements of IPC-J-STD-004.
